1. Is all my information secure?
Security for our customers has always been one of our top priorities. Our site and EFS Caribbean both use the SSL Protocol to provide privacy and reliability between two communicating applications. SSL uses 128 bit encryption, which ensures server and client authentication. This is done through encrypted algorithms and cryptographic keys.
What all this means is that before any data is sent from you, the client, to the server, or vice versa, the data is encrypted before it is transmitted. This will make it impossible for anyone to break this code and gain any confidential information.
Also be careful when you choose your login and password. We recommend you choose a login and password that cannot easily be connected to you, your family or gaming. We strongly advise against code words like Casino, cash, password or money. Never forget your login, password and PIN number.

3. Is gambling on the Internet legal?

4. What do I do if I get disconnected?
If you happen to be in the middle of a game and you get disconnected for some reason, there is no need to panic. The exact state of your game will have been saved and will be restored when you re-establish your connection and restart the casino. You can then continue exactly from where you left off. This only applies if you are in the middle of a game or placing a wager. We want you to be protected from any accidental monetary loss.
5. How are the odds created for the games? The odds for both real money and playing for fun modes are created by a random number generator that resides on our server. For all card-based games, the deck or decks of cards are shuffled prior to each hand being dealt.
6. What is EFS Caribbean?
EFS Caribbean is the third party company that this is used to conduct all real money transactions. It ensures a secure gateway when setting up your account and provides all foreign currency changes.
7. What is my PIN number and how do I get it?
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can withdraw funds from 24 Hour Sports Gambling. 12. Can there be bugs in the software?
It is possible. If you do come across a problem, we have 24 hour phone and e-mail support. 13. What happens if I lose money due to a bug?
An investigation will commence and if our results show that there was a problem your money for the bet will be refunded immediately.
14. If I withdraw money from my EFS account back to my credit card, how long does it take to show up on my statement?
When withdrawing from your EFS account back to your credit card, it will take anywhere from 3-5 business days to show up on your credit card statement. If 5 business days have passed, please contact the bank who issued you the credit card and ask them if they see a credit from EFS USA pending. If they do not, please contact Customer Service.
15. What are deposits to my EFS account charged as?
Deposits to your EFS account via credit cards get charged as purchases.
16. I haven't received my PIN number and I would like to withdraw some money?
You should have received your PIN number in your e-mail upon registering as a member of our casino. If you didn't receive your PIN number or have lost it, please contact our Customer Service.
17. How much money can I deposit into my account by credit card?
EFS Caribbean will accept 5 deposits up to a total of $3,000.00 USD per 24 hour period. There is also a $12,000.00 monthly limit also. Please contact our Customer Service for questions concerning you limits or if you would like these limits changed to suit your needs.
